Bot Not Responding
Bot not replying? Here are common causes and solutions.
1. You're not the Owner
If someone else messaged the Bot first, they became the owner. Your messages are ignored. Solution: Create a new Bot and make sure you send the first message.
2. Insufficient balance
Check your account balance using the /status command. If balance is 0, you need to top up to continue.
3. Container crash
The container may have crashed. Try using /restart to restart it. If it still doesn't work, contact support.
4. Network issues
There may be network latency between Telegram and the Bot server. Wait a few minutes and retry. Persistent issues may indicate server maintenance.
5. Bot Token expired
If you regenerated the Token in BotFather, the old one is invalid. Update the Token in the dashboard.
