2. Service Description

CookAI provides AI agent deployment, management, and interaction services. Agents are powered by third-party AI models (Claude, GPT, Gemini, DeepSeek). Service availability depends on upstream providers.

3. Payment

CookAI uses pay-per-token billing. Charges are deducted from your wallet balance in real-time. All payments are processed on-chain and are non-refundable.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your wallet security and all activities under your account. Do not use CookAI for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

CookAI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, AI model outputs, or blockchain transactions.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
